临湖邀月

临湖邀月由文津别院、得月园、澄心馆三个区块组成。以浙东传统民居结合现代元素为主，依湖而建，配植榆、朴、罗汉松等古树，造型轻灵优雅，建筑错落有致，是典型的江南园林风格，着重体现江南的“文人文化”、“雅文化”的特色。主要景点有：

文津别院——总面积为0.72公顷，建筑面积为2493平方米，以三进院落为建筑型态，内有灵湖艺术家群落，是展示临海文脉传承与艺术气息的重要窗口。

得月园——总面积为2.57公顷，建筑面积为3084平方米。采用传统造园手法中的“挖池堆山”，构筑阴阳互抱的山水格局，集中展现江南园林的艺术文化。整个院落是江南民居三透九门堂的构造，院中的大戏台飞檐翘角，雕梁画栋，内有餐厅、酒馆、咖啡、旅拍、茶室、书店等业态。

澄心馆——总面积为0.46公顷，建筑面积为604平方米。内设茶馆，背山望湖，满目灵湖美，是品茗、会友，传承与弘扬茶文化的场所。

这里是临海文化的"梧桐林"，是临海特色鲜明的文化地理标志性区域，充分体现了临海人文底蕴。

Inviting the Moon by the Lake

Linhu Inviting Moon consists of three blocks: Wenjin Bieyuan, Deyue Garden, and Chengxin Pavilion. The traditional folk houses in eastern Zhejiang are mainly combined with modern elements. They are built along the lake with elm, plain, arhat pine and other ancient trees. They are light and elegant in shape and well arranged in architecture. They are typical garden styles in southern China, highlighting the characteristics of "literati culture" and "elegant culture" in southern China. The main attractions are:

Wenjin Bieyuan - with a total area of 0.72 hectares and a building area of 2493 square meters, featuring a three courtyard design and a community of Linghu artists, it is an important window for showcasing the inheritance of coastal cultural heritage and artistic atmosphere.

Deyue Garden - with a total area of 2.57 hectares and a building area of 3084 square meters. Adopting the traditional gardening technique of "digging ponds and piling mountains", a landscape pattern of yin and yang embracing each other is constructed, showcasing the artistic culture of Jiangnan gardens. The whole courtyard is the structure of three openings and nine halls of Jiangnan folk houses. The big stage in the courtyard has upturned eaves and carved beams and painted rafters. There are restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, tourist photography, tea houses, bookstores and other businesses.

Chengxin Hall - with a total area of 0.46 hectares and a building area of 604 square meters. There is a tea house located inside, with a view of the lake from the back of the mountain, and a beautiful view of the lake. It is a place for tasting tea, meeting friends, inheriting and promoting tea culture.

This is the "wutong Forest" of the coastal culture, and it is a cultural and geographical landmark area with distinctive coastal characteristics, which fully reflects the cultural heritage of the coastal area.
