曹家水肆（建设中）

曹家肆水街:设计以水为脉，以街为骨，充分体现了临海特色与历史文化，打造出了具有浓郁江南水乡风情的商业街区。街区主要汇聚了各类特色商店、餐厅、茶馆等。以及一些传统手工艺品店和文化展示馆，具备商业、旅游、文化展示等多种功能，项目建成后预计将成为临海市的文化旅游新热点。整个项目投资约4.7亿元，建筑面积3.79万平方米，主要是六幢一至二层建筑，项目于2024年3月份开工，计划2026年6月完工。

Caojia Shuisi (under construction)

Caojia Sishui Street: Designed with water as the pulse and the street as the bone, it fully embodies the characteristics and historical culture of the coastal area, creating a commercial block with a strong Jiangnan water town style. The block mainly gathers various specialty shops, restaurants, tea houses, etc. As well as some traditional handicraft shops and cultural exhibition halls, the project has multiple functions such as commercial, tourism, and cultural display. After completion, it is expected to become a new hotspot for cultural tourism in Linhai City. The entire project has an investment of approximately 470 million yuan and a construction area of 37900 square meters, mainly consisting of six one to two-story buildings. The project started construction in March 2024 and is scheduled to be completed in June 2026.
